Discounts: 15% for 2 weeks / 25% for 3 weeks / 50% for 4 weeks

Housekeeping and Linens: Included
(Housekeeping upon arrival and departure including towels and linens + additional housekeeping included according to residence.)

Possibility of additional housekeeping charge to the customer.

Tenants must leave residence in good condition, sweep, clean dishes, and empty trash receptacles. A fee from $91 to $133 will be assessed if these conditions are not met.
