The apartments are spacious, with comfortable living room décor and beautiful terraces that open out onto the sea. Kitchens are fully-equipped with electric stove with oven and fan and a refrigerator with freezer. The bathrooms are also stocked for convenience. Walls and ceilings are painted with accent colors. Interior doors and mouldings are varnished to complete the décor.
The apartments are also equipped with split system air conditions with remote control, and color TV with cable. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available to residents.
